Defense News: DR Technologies and Vanguard Composites Subsidiary Announce Name Change to Vanguard Space Technologies, Inc.
SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - 02/02/11) - DR Technologies, Inc. and its subsidiary, Vanguard Composites Group announced today that the company's board of directors approved a name change to Vanguard Space Technologies, Incorporated.

Vanguard Space Technologies CEO, Frank Belknap says of the name change: "This reflects our increasing presence in the Space technology business and provides a singular, focused entity for our customers and suppliers."

Over the past two years, Vanguard Space Technologies has consolidated most of its operations to the San Diego area and increased its capability with the addition of a dedicated Assembly, Integration and Test facility.

Coupled with this change, Vanguard Space Technologies will be updating its logo and migrating its website and email to a vst-inc.com domain. This is expected to occur midway through February 2011.
