However, Germany will not make any written financial concessions to Airbus's parent EADS (EAD.PA) and is keeping its right to cancel its contract until March 31.Ruediger Wolf, a German state secretary, added that buyers of the A400M had reached an agreement on the way ahead for the 20 billion euro project, and EADS had until the end of the year to offer an official response to the agreement.
