(Nasdaq:ISYS - News), today announced that Bill Bambarger has announced his intention to resign as Chief Financial Officer of Integral Systems, citing personal and health reasons. Mr. Bambarger will remain in his role to assist the Company in the transition process until July 31, 2010. The Company has commenced a search for a new CFO.

Monics(R) System From SAT Corporation Will Support AR-SAT'S CSM Monitoring Requirements for the ARSAT-1 Satellite, the First Communications Satellite Designed and Manufactured in Argentina

Defense News: SUNNYVALE, Calif., March 18, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --SAT Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Integral Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:ISYS - News), today announced that it has been chosen by Argentina's Empresa Argentina de Soluciones Satelitales (AR-SAT) to provide Satellite Monitoring and Interference Detection and Analysis System in support of its ARSAT-1 Satellite and ground stations. Scheduled for launch in 2012, the ARSAT-1 Satellite will be the first communications satellite designed and manufactured in Argentina.

Under the terms of the contract, SAT Corporation, supported by its sister company Integral Systems Europe UK, will also provide a set of Ku Band and C Band CSM service antennas for ground stations located in Benavidez and Bosque Alegre, Argentina. In addition to ARSAT-1, AR-SAT plans to build and launch a fleet of two additional Satellites.

Utilizing SAT Corporation's Digital Signal Processing (DSP) technology, Monics is a state of the art radio frequency monitoring system that will provide automatic monitoring of AR-SAT's carriers. The System provides carrier monitoring and interference detection in a fraction of the time of a classic spectrum analyzer. In addition, Monics' unique algorithms automatically detect, characterize, and display interfering signals, and allow results to be viewed at any time.

(Nasdaq:ISYS -News) announced today that its SATCOM Solutions group will be demonstrating its Raptor X 45 X-band Ultra Small Satellite Terminal (USAT) at the Satellite 2010 Conference. Raptor X represents the next generation in man-portable satellite communications technology. The high-speed 45cm terminal was developed to provide the U.S. Military with an easy to deploy, ruggedized X-band terminal for battlefield data connectivity to replace existing low data rate systems.

The system can be unpacked and operational in less than eight minutes. The streamlined terminal interface allows users to select a desired satellite from an easy to navigate on-screen menu assisting with dish alignment. The package also includes a Web-based graphic user interface (GUI) that allows remote monitoring from any standard Web browser. The terminal features a smart power system accepting input from 90 to 264 VAC, 10 to 32 VDC, and BB-5590 or BB2590 batteries. At the Satellite 2010 event, Integral Systems SATCOM Solutions will also be demonstrating the Raptor X 45 Auto, a 45 cm autopointing, autotracking variant of the Raptor terminal.

Integral Systems Completes Major Milestone to Provide U.S. Air Force Greater Counterspace Capabilities

Defense News ~COLUMBIA, Md., March 1, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Integral Systems, Inc., (Nasdaq:ISYS - News) today announced a successful completion of the Required Asset Available (RAA) milestone for the Rapid Attack Identification, Detection Reporting System (RAIDRS) Block 10 (RB-10) Central Operating Location (COL) and first deployable system. Completing the RAA milestone serves as the foundation for the system's Initial Operating Capability (IOC) and paves the way for additional capabilities Integral Systems will be adding to meet the Full Operational Capability (FOC).

Integral Systems is the prime contractor for the RB-10 program. RB-10 uses Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) hardware and software components from Integral Systems as well as products from its family of companies, including RT Logic, SAT Corporation, and Newpoint Technologies. RT Logic is providing its Telemetrix(R) Sentinel products for signal processing, SAT is providing its Monics(R) Satellite Carrier Monitoring/Interference Detection software, and Newpoint Technologies is providing its Compass Enterprise Management System.

On September 25, the US Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center obligated $27,740,754 to implement the restructure of the program from a 6 fixed and 3 deployable site configuration, to a 5 transportable system construct. The Air Force has approved the system restructure under a contract modification with a ceiling of $77,662,446.
RB-10, managed by the Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) through its Space Superiority Systems Wing, detects, identifies, locates, classifies, and reports interference events against our military space assets. It includes automated detection sensors, information processors, and a reporting architecture.
