DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Southwest Airport Services, Inc.*, Houston, Texas, is being awarded a maximum $38,374,394 fixed-price with economic price adjustment contract for fuel. There are no other locations of performance. Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies. There were originally 115 proposals solicited with one response. The date of performance completion is March 31, 2015. The Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-11-D-0057).

Wolverine World Wide, Inc., Rockford, Mich., is being awarded a maximum $13,228,034 fixed-price with economic price adjustment contract for Army combat boots. Other locations of performance are Arkansas and Michigan. Using services are Army and Air Force. The original proposal was Web-solicited with six responses. This contract is exercising the second two-year option period. The date of performance completion is March 4, 2012. Dean, Inc., Dulles, Va., for $35,520,355 (N65236-11-D-6853); DRS Technical Services, Inc., Herndon, Va., for $34,653,184 (N65236-11-D-6854); L-3 Services, Inc., Mount Laurel, N.J., for $33,489,745 (N65236-11-D-6855); Systems Applications and Solutions, LLC*, Charleston, S.C., for $34,864,977 (N65236-11-D-6856). The contractors will provide Integrated Security Systems Sustainment support services. The contracts include options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of the individual contracts to an estimated $183,000,000. Work will be performed in Charleston, S.C. (57 percent); Norfolk, Va. (23 percent); and Washington, D.C. (20 percent). Work is expected to be completed by March 2012. If all options are exercised, work could continue until March 2016. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured by full and open competition via the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center e-Commerce Central website and the Federal Business Opportunities website, with eight offers received. Black Hills Ammunition*, Rapid City, S.D., is being awarded a $16,496,000 firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for 5.56-millimetre, 77-grain, long-range ammunition in support of the U.S. Special Operations Command. The 5.56-millimetre ammunition is intended for use in the Special Purpose Receiver Weapon system, and is designed for marksmen and snipers, but will also be used for training. Work will be performed in Rapid City, S.D., and is expected to be completed by March 2016. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with two proposals received. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Crane, Ind., is the contracting activity (N00164-11-D-JN85).

Bell Helicopter Textron, Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $12,600,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee order against a previously issued Basic Ordering Agreement (N00019-11-G-0003) for design and development activities in support of the AH-1Z and UH-1Y cuff and yoke redesign. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to be completed in June 2013. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

Harris Corp., Palm Bay, Fla., is being awarded a $15,527,025 firm-fixed-price contract to manufacture Warhead Replacement Tactical Telemetry, with 135 units ordered under this order. Work will be performed at Harris Corp., Palm Bay, Fla.; Herly Industries, Lancaster, Pa. (subcontractor); and Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp., Westminster, Co. Funds in the amount of $2,645,345 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The 638 SCMG/PKAD, Robins Air Force Base, Ga., is the contracting activity (FA8520-10-D-0001-0005).

RL Campbell, Jacksonville, Fla., is being awarded a maximum $10,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract in which individual firm-fixed-price delivery orders will be awarded for materials, equipment, and personnel necessary to install, replace and/or repair roofs under the purview of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Work will be performed at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and the scheduled contract delivery date is March 1, 2011 to August 28, 2014. Solicitation was full and open and six bids were received. The ASC/PKOC, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8601-11-D-0006).
